Event: 3-Day Leadership Conference
In January, Transportation Insight hosted 185 Corporate leaders in Atlanta, Georgia for their 2023 Leadership kick-off called "Empowering Our Leaders." The three day event took place at the Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Center and included meetings, meals, special dinners, and evening activities.
Oscar & MA'S Involvement: Event Production
Oscar & Ma was the event planner, and handled event coordination & production for the entire affair, providing oversight for both day time and evening events.
For the senior leadership conference meetings, Oscar & Ma worked with Transportation Insight and the hotel to coordinate meeting set up, run of show, audio visual, food & catering, as well as other logistics.
In addition, Oscar & Ma organized several after-hours events such as dinner at Del Fresco's and a special evening at the TopGolf Atlanta sports bar where attendees relaxed with cocktails and golf.
Outcome: "A Flawless Event"
The entire 3-day event received rave reviews from Transportation Insight's management and attendees. Participants were thrilled to be back together in person after a few years of remote activities due to Covid.
